‘Free Speech Advocate’ Turns Out To Be Boring Arsehole With Nothing Interesting To Say
Audiences have been left un-shocked today after a self-proclaimed ‘advocate for freedom of speech’ and ‘crusader against censorship’ turned out to be just a regular boring dickhead with absolutely nothing interesting to add to the conversation.
The man in question, who makes his posts about free speech under an online moniker that implied he possessed a deep knowledge of philosophy, was devastated this week to discover that he actually was just another loudmouth idiot.
“Free speech is extremely important to me. Freedom of speech. That’s what I’m about,” explained the man to anyone who would listen.
“Free exchange of ideas. Civil debates. It’s extremely important that nobody does anything in any way to prevent that.”
However a cursory investigation by Point & Clickbait revealed that the man was using his platform of free speech as a substitute for actually having to provide an interesting or valuable opinion on anything.
“For me, it’s all about the civil debate,” the man continued, while we nodded thoughtfully, as if he was saying something of note.
“That exchange of ideas. The speech… it needs to be free. That’s when it’s good.”
